Quota International of Morro Bay has been an
active part of the community since its inception in 1964 when it was
chartered by Quota’s founder, Wanda Frey Joiner.  Quota begins with
local clubs and club members.  We are part of the 33rd District
which consists of clubs in Atascadero, Bakersfield, Morro Bay, Paso
Robles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria and Templeton.  Each District
has a Governor, Lt. Governor and Secretary/Treasurer.  This group
then becomes part of a designated “Area.”

Our District is part of the West Area which includes Alaska,
California, Colorado, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington.  We are
governed by an International Board consisting of an International
President, Vice President, Treasurer and Directors of four Districts
in the United States and an Area Director from Canada &
Australia/New Zealand.
